Randy Redford

Randy Redford attended undergraduate and law school at the University of Kansas and has been practicing law since 1992. He has concentrated on landlord and owner representation since 1994.

Since that time he has worked for various law firms and as in-house counsel for property management companies. In 1999, Randy joined the office of Joe Puckett, doing exclusively landlord representation, and in 2002, formed Puckett & Redford, PLLC.

Currently the owner of Puckett & Redford, PLLC, his practice concentrates on residential and commercial evictions, fair housing discrimination complaints, commercial collections, training seminars and representing landlords in various litigation matters.

He is married and his wife is a public defender for King County.

Mike Walsh

Mr. Walsh’s practice focuses on representing landlords in landlord-tenant disputes, including residential and commercial evictions, ejectments, commercial collections, and real property matters dealing with title and foreclosure issues. He has advocated in the trial court before the bench and juries, in the courts of appeals, in administrative proceedings, and in alternative dispute resolutions.

Prior to coming to Puckett & Redford, PLLC, Mr. Walsh worked for a law firm which represented property owners in title insurance and in post-foreclosure matters, and creditors in collections litigation. He was a public defender in King County representing accused adults and juveniles at all stages of the trial process.

He is admitted to practice in Washington State and in the Western District of Washington.

Lauren Novack

Lauren has worked exclusively in the area of housing law for the past five years; three years representing landlords and two as a tenant advocate. Prior to that, she practiced primarily in the area of municipal law, representing water and sewer districts. Lauren has been a landlord for over twenty years.

Lauren is candid, dedicated and accessible. She has a talent for negotiation, often saving her clients costly litigation expenses. Her experience as a private landlord and representing both sides of the issue, allow her to look for the common ground between most landlords and tenants and find practical, cost effective solutions.

Lauren obtained her B.S. undergraduate degree from the University of Washington and her J.D. law degree from Seattle University.
